Peak Resilience Response to COVID-19

Hello Peak Community,
In order to be responsible to our greater community and those at an increased risk of COVID-19, we have transitioned all sessions to video or phone until further notice.
Our physical office space at 601-808 Nelson St will be temporarily closed as we continue to closely monitor the situation in Canada via health authority announcements. Although this decision was not easy to make, we believe we have a responsibility to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff.
Our 48 hour cancellation policy is still in effect, however we are trying to be very flexible to support our community during such an unprecedented time. So if you have to cancel or change your appointment within the 48 hour cancellation policy, give us a call or email your counsellor directly for more info.
Although we won’t be seeing clients in-person, continuing to support our clients remains a top priority. Aside from providing counselling services through video or phone, we are also working to find creative solutions to support you.
You can see our current round-up of resources here, which will continue to be updated as new resources come in. We also recognize that for many, the focus of therapy right now is shifting to the new stressors and crises that have come up in the last few weeks.
Your counsellor will be in direct contact with you to give you more information on how to connect through our video sessions or through phone. If you have any questions or haven’t received an email from your counsellor (check your spam folder too) - please contact us.
Please let us know if you have any feedback or ideas on how to make your experience at Peak Resilience as helpful as possible. Thanks!
