We can’t guarantee that a counsellor with that lived experience will be taking new clients, but will offer you the best fit based on current availability

When are you able to attend counselling?

(FYI- Evening and weekend appointments are tougher to come by, so we might need to put you on a waitlist if those are the only times you’re free)

Group therapy and workshops can be faster to access at a dramatically lower cost, and yet result in similar (if not better) results than individual counselling.

Are you interested in working with a Practicum Student?
(depending on eligibility and availability)

(Practicum counsellors are finishing their counselling training and offer counselling services from $20-80 per session. They’re supported by supervisors at Peak who ensure trauma informed, high quality care.)

We have a limited number of reduced fee sessions that we hold for people who are high in motivation and low in funds. Are you interested in our reduced fee sessions?

(We cannot guarantee availability for our reduced fee sessions unfortunately- which is why we highly recommend our practicum counsellors or group options if you’re interested in lower fees)
